• All watches and accessories sold by rookjapan.com are 100% authentic with all serial numbers intact, and any item purchased will be no different than the same watch purchased at an authorized dealer. All items originate from authorized dealers, and are carefully inspected upon arrival by a team of trained professionals to ensure quality and authenticity.

Custom, Duties and Taxes

• The Buyer pays ALL import duties and taxes... These charges are your responsibility.
• Packages must clear customs and this will take a few days.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• Duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Refund Policy

• Full refund will be given for Defective or Incorrect item ONLY.
• Buyer must contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the package.
• Buyer is responsible for the return.
• Items must be returned in its original box, unused condition, with all paperwork; parts and accessories to insure any credit.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns for some reasons.

Shipping

• The processing time for international shipment is generally 7-15 business days to most other countries.
• Shipment will be made after the payment is confirmed.
• Item will be shipped from JAPAN by Post Office (EMS Global Express) except Sunday and national holidays (Japan Time).
• Tracking number will be emailed to you.
