Products that selling at our store Catalog are mainly made for the Japanese market. Some of these products may not conform to the standards in some countries. Unless stated otherwise though, most of these products are come with Japanese packaging and manuals. However, operation should be intuitive and customer does not need any knowledge of Japanese to operate it.


- We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Bank Transfer (Transferwise) payments.
- Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are also possible, please feel free to contact us.
- For PayPal, we can NOT accept multiple PayPal payments for an item. Also we will ONLY ship to the shipping address that PayPal provides on the payment “Transaction Details” page.

- We don't ship to PO address, or forward packaging address. ONLY confirmed or verified address is acceptable.


- The processing time for international shipment is generally
- 7 to 14 business days to Asia, Australia
- 7 to 21 business days to USA and most other countries.

- Shipment will be made after the payment is confirmed.
Item will be shipped from JAPAN by Post Office (EMS Global Express) except Saturday Sunday and national holidays (Japan Time). For Seiko Thailand Models and other Limited Models, it will be shipped from THAILAND. 
- Tracking number will be emailed to you.
- The Buyer pays ALL import duties and taxes... These charges are your responsibility.

- Price is not including any import tax or custom duties. Some countries may be charge customs fees for international merchandise received through the post. It is the responsibility of each customer to be aware of the customs laws in their country.
- Packages must clear customs and this will take a few days.
- Duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We could declare low value on shipped items for customs purposes, please feel free to contact us before placing an order


- Customer is required to inspect the merchandise upon its arrival (always carefully unpack by not damage the original package / box before inspect or testing).
- We also recommend customer not to throw away any tags, labels, or box before fully inspect / testing. If the customer has noticed, damages or accessories that are missing and it could result from the delivery faulty. Please note that the merchandise is to be claimed from the postal insurance for compensations not the manufacturers.
- For the defective by the manufacturers faulty, please report us the problems within 3 days before it can be returned back to our store for the manufacturer to diagnosis and exchange back to the customer. Return or exchange is also subject to the following conditions:
- Notify us the problems within 3 days after package arrived.
- All merchandise tags, label, boxes must be kept in its original condition and packed / placed correctly.
- The merchandise has carefully been inspected by the customer when it’s arrived from postal / courier authority. Either defective that result from broke / damage, by the postal authority or the customers themselves shall not be refundable / exchangeable.
- Customer is required to send back the merchandise by express courier at customer costs.
- Customer must understand that we cannot guarantee (beyond our control) the result of manufacturer's diagnosis, whether the merchandise is to be repairs instead of replace for the new one.
- Once the manufacturer has completed their defective diagnosis (up to 10 days) and return / replace of merchandise back to our store, we will send back to customer within 48 hours at our store cost.
- Full refund will be given for Defective or Incorrect item ONLY. If you change your mind or do not like the item, a 10 to 15% minimum restocking fee plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns for some reasons.
- We are trying hard to update our inventory status to be exact and up-to-date, however some of the items are selling fast and in case we don't have it in stock at the time of your order is received, we will notify you the scheduled shipping date. If the scheduled shipping is expected to take more than 1 week, a full refund will be issued immediately.


- All of our products have 1 year manufacturer warranty and valid only in Japan. Unless stated differently in the catalog description.
- Warranty claims with the Japanese manufacturers, can be made thru our store. Customers are required to contact us before return their merchandise for claims, service or repairs.

To process the manufacturer warranty claims via our store and the customers are required to:-
1. Attach the warranty card, tags and original box (if possible) together with the merchandise.
2. Customer must understand that an international postage and domestic transportation costs in Japan shall be covered and charge to the customer.
3. Customer must understand that the warranty servicing will be done by the manufacturer (not our store) and it is up to the manufacturer's sole discretion if any fees are applied.
